Overview

  • Lead strategic growth marketing and analytics initiatives to enhance patient acquisition and physician engagement.
  • Drive performance marketing strategies focusing on digital channels and referral marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Manage CRM systems, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Oversee website strategy, including SEO, content optimization, and paid media campaigns.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership based on comprehensive analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all marketing practices.
  • Develop dashboards and models to track ROI and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive patient volume and brand awareness.
  • Lead campaigns targeting physicians, industry professionals, and patients.
  • Collaborate with VP, Referral Relations to manage segmentation and outreach programs.
  • Analyze referral data to identify growth opportunities and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website strategy and paid media campaigns.
  • Own marketing analytics and reporting across all channels.
  • Build dashboards to track ROI, conversion rates, and patient acquisition costs.
  • Ensure digital channels are optimized for performance and brand consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in growth marketing and analytics.
  • Proven success in physician referral marketing and healthcare outreach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and patient engagement platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in managing websites, paid media, and brand campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
