Overview

  • Provide comprehensive IT support in a Windows-based environment, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with managed service providers to oversee ticket management and infrastructure projects.
  • Support development teams by ensuring proper infrastructure and account access.
  • Engage with vendors for hardware procurement and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Contribute to IT-related projects, focusing on organization and collaboration.
  • Work on networking and server provisioning projects to enhance system performance.
  • Utilize Powershell scripting for automation and system management tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide desktop support for on-premise systems in a Windows-based environment.
  • Manage ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and reporting on trends.
  • Coordinate with MSPs to ensure completion of tickets and support infrastructure projects.
  • Assist development teams with infrastructure and account access requirements.
  • Procure hardware and liaise with vendors for infrastructure needs.
  • Participate in networking and server provisioning projects.
  • Implement secure connections to third-party cloud-based tools using SSO methods.
  • Utilize Powershell scripting for system automation and management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in desktop support within a Windows-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, O365 Applications, Teams, and On-Prem AD/Exchange.
  • Experience with networking, server provisioning, and IT-related project management.
  • Knowledge of SSO methods for secure cloud tool connections.
  • Working knowledge of Powershell scripting for system automation.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, SQL, and AWS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and collaborative skills for IT project execution.
