Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 15 years preferred.
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills for scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in testing and mapping business processes and protocols.
• Ability to leverage technology for data gathering and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and product enhancements.
• Capability to conduct user acceptance testing effectively.
