Overview
- Support the execution of design and construction initiatives, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Design & Construction team, contributing to project success and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to facilitate project milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and compliance records using construction management systems.
- Assist in managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met effectively.
- Communicate updates and impacts professionally to internal teams and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage project documentation, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and commitment documents for the Design & Construction team.
- Track and maintain accurate project schedules using construction management systems, ensuring timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project milestones and approvals.
- Prepare detailed records and reports to support budgeting, tracking, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the administration of multiple design and construction projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Communicate project updates and impacts clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Support leadership by escalating key issues, risks, and opportunities as needed.
- Collaborate across departments to coordinate project activities and scheduling effectively.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree required, with a focus on construction or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction coordination or project management; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software and office platforms; experience with cost accounting and contract management preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in multifamily or real estate development environments strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage data, processes, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
