Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to architectural document production for multi-site rollout projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with project architects and design teams to interpret brand standards and develop detailed drawings.
  • Maintain CAD standards and ensure consistency across drawing sets for various projects.
  • Support quality control processes and assist in obtaining permit approvals as required.
  • Participate in production meetings and contribute to workflow improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage construction drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Interpret client brand standards and apply them consistently across multiple project sites.
  • Coordinate drawings with consultants, ensuring completeness and integration of structural, MEP, and civil details.
  • Perform quality control checks on drawing sets, ensuring alignment, consistency, and adherence to standards.
  • Assist in obtaining permit approvals and coordinate revisions based on code requirements.
  • Support project teams with document revisions and updates throughout design development phases.
  • Contribute to meeting milestone deadlines for multi-site rollout programs under defined production schedules.
  • Participate in production meetings and suggest improvements in drawing standards and workflows.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in architectural production and CAD drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or other BIM platforms.
  • Experience managing drawing sets, sheet organization, and file structure.
  • Ability to interpret design intent and work independently in production tasks.
  • Exposure to retail, restaurant, or branded commercial rollout projects is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working on fast-paced, multi-site rollout programs with tight schedules.
