Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and execute multiple roadshow events remotely over a three-month contract period.
  • Work 20 hours per week within standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Leverage your expertise in large-scale event planning to ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align event goals and deliverables.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee event logistics and timelines.
  • Ensure all events are planned and executed within the allocated budget.
  • Maintain clear communication with all involved parties to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the client’s event strategy.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and organize roadshow events, ensuring all aspects are executed effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and venues to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Develop and manage event schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to align on event objectives.
  • Oversee event setup and teardown to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all event-related activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale event planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks within standard business hours.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and vendors effectively.
  • Experience in budget management and cost-effective event planning.
