Job Description

Overview

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for business services roles across various departments, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job qualifications and plan interview processes effectively.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and strategies to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth offer and onboarding processes.
  • Benchmark and recommend salary offers based on internal equity and market data.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance outreach and branding.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage recruitment for entry- to mid-level positions across IT, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Develop job descriptions and qualifications in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates using multiple platforms and outreach methods.
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
  • Guide hiring teams through recruitment processes and candidate selection.
  • Maintain ATS data and provide recruitment activity reports to HR leadership.
  • Recommend competitive salary offers based on benchmarking tools and market data.
  • Participate in outreach events to promote employer branding.
  • Support projects enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experiences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience; law firm experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PRC, PHR, or SPHR are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing top talent.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic HR team.
