Overview

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job qualifications and plan interview processes effectively.

- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate schedules with hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.

- Benchmark and recommend salary offers based on internal equity and market data.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience; law firm experience preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as PRC, PHR, or SPHR are advantageous.
- Proficiency in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing top talent.
