Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and develop comprehensive reporting frameworks for private credit funds.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including track records and performance updates.
- Prepare and review quarterly investor reporting deliverables ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address ad hoc investor inquiries with detailed and insightful responses.
- Analyze large data files using advanced Excel and programming tools like SQL, Python, or VBA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data integration.
- Monitor and calculate performance and exposure metrics for portfolio companies.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the reporting team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in private credit, hedge funds, or financial institutions.
- Proficiency in calculating performance metrics and understanding key financial indicators.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, or VBA.
- Strong academic track record demonstrated by SAT scores and GPA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach.
- CFA certification or willingness to pursue CFA is preferred.
