Overview

- Support the firm’s strategies across private credit, syndicated loans, and structured investments.
- Participate in year-end audits and maintain updated operational manuals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop relationships with internal teams to understand the investment lifecycle.
- Review reconciliations and resolve exceptions with third-party service providers.
- Book trades, corporate actions, and restructurings within the firm’s OMS system.
- Create and maintain reference data for portfolios, assets, and issuers.
- Coordinate settlement processes with agents, brokers, banks, and custodians.
- Assist with deal execution, including documentation and fund flow preparation.
- Manage KYC processes for new investments and administrative agent roles.
- Respond to corporate action and proxy voting requests efficiently.
- Support technology testing and escalate opportunities for process automation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of operational or financial service experience in fund accounting.
- Loan operations experience required, with exposure to multiple credit instruments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and thrive in collaborative environments.
- Experience with private and syndicated credit markets preferred.
- Comfortable taking ownership of processes and increasing responsibilities over time.
