Overview

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders, providing expert consultation and customized solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Translate and implement People Strategy and Services strategies across core HR areas to optimize organizational effectiveness.
  • Focus on enhancing employee relations, total rewards, and performance management initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to share expertise and improve service delivery through best practices and technology.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluate policies to develop tailored HR solutions and strengthen functional HR areas.
  • Gather and analyze client data to inform strategies, identify trends, and drive decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate strong people management practices to elevate the employment experience and contribute to a high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary consultant for a dedicated client group, delivering customized HR solutions aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Execute HR functions such as total rewards, performance management, and employee relations to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive HR projects using strong project management skills to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to enhance service delivery and improve best practices.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Develop tailored solutions to strengthen HR policies and support organizational goals.
  • Provide expert HR guidance to leaders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and mitigating risks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Expert knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven track record as a trusted HR advisor with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and provide sound HR guidance.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills to influence organizational leaders.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring office presence three times a week.
