Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Expert knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
- Proven track record as a trusted HR advisor with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and provide sound HR guidance.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills to influence organizational leaders.
