Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Respond promptly to inquiries from tenants, brokers, and agents, maintaining professionalism.
• Schedule and manage showings, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
• Lead property tours, showcasing available apartments and buildings effectively.
• Collaborate with property management and construction teams to maintain property standards.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure accurate online property listings.
• Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.
• Research and implement innovative marketing strategies and technologies.
• Monitor leasing activities, including vacancies, renewals, and pricing trends.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of NYC real estate experience preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and web technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for tenant and broker interactions.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and results-driven approach.
