Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Inspect apparel products for quality assurance prior to shipment.
  • Process customer returns, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background.

  • Ability to work onsite during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM).
  • Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to inspect products for quality assurance.
