Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage workers' compensation and personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial.
  • Prepare legal documents, evidence, and case files for hearings and trials.
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support case strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to obtain necessary documentation and records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe tools for efficient case management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional written communication and organizational skills in all tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury cases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows, and Adobe software.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with FileVine case management software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and supportive environment.
