Overview
- Provide executive support to the General Counsel and Legal Team in a dynamic entertainment company environment.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for multiple executives.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries and logistics.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records for financial reporting and reimbursement.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support the team in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Ensure availability and responsiveness to urgent matters, demonstrating a 24/7 mentality.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the legal team by providing administrative and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling.
- Plan and execute travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and correspondence for legal and administrative purposes.
- Provide support during meetings, including note-taking and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain organizational systems and databases to support the legal team’s operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant; 5+ years preferred.
- Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to a 24/7 availability requirement.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously is highly desirable.
