Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of five years of clinical healthcare experience.
- Four years of leadership experience, including managing teams and direct reports.
- Registered Nurse License (California) and Basic Life Support certification required.
- Preferred certifications include Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ANCC certification in a related practice area.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety, emergency preparedness, and healthcare quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
- Skilled in change management, business process improvement, and compliance management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements.
