Overview
- Provide expert behavioral analysis services to children in a school setting, ensuring effective intervention plans and measurable progress.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct detailed functional behavior assessments to identify behavioral challenges and their root causes.
- Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans for children in school settings.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure adherence to intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to align treatment strategies.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and refine intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in all activities.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis; 2 years preferred.
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and professionals.
- Dedication to improving the lives of clients and their families.
- Ability to travel within Nassau County as needed for service delivery.
- Knowledge of current research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
