Overview

  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align onboarding elements effectively.
  • Enhance onboarding workflows and communications for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws during onboarding.
  • Maintain and update onboarding materials to reflect current processes.
  • Track and analyze onboarding metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Support broader HR operations and manage incoming requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of onboarding, including emails, portal setup, and documentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for new hires, providing support and information.
  • Collaborate with departments like IT and payroll to ensure timely onboarding completion.
  • Organize orientation sessions, including schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Review and improve onboarding workflows and communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws, managing necessary documentation.
  • Update onboarding materials to align with current processes and branding.
  • Analyze onboarding metrics and propose enhancements based on findings.
  • Assist with HR operations, including request triaging and reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong client service skills and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in tracking metrics and producing actionable insights.
