Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in legal-related tasks and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage claims and compliance requirements.
  • Perform payroll administration tasks, including compiling bonus lists and documentation.
  • Prepare bid submission documents and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain office organization, including filing, mail sorting, and supply ordering.
  • Support project-based initiatives and assist HR and payroll teams as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Liaise with insurance brokers and adjustors regarding claims and accidents.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met on third-party platforms.
  • Compile weekly bonuses for payroll processing and administration.
  • Prepare and submit bid documents within deadlines.
  • Provide support for employees experiencing life events through gestures of support.
  • Organize and maintain office spaces, including break rooms and supplies.
  • Assist in project-based initiatives and operational tasks as directed.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams on administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
  • Capability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and computer work.
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably with legal exposure.
