Overview
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Assist in legal-related tasks and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage claims and compliance requirements.
- Perform payroll administration tasks, including compiling bonus lists and documentation.
- Prepare bid submission documents and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain office organization, including filing, mail sorting, and supply ordering.
- Support project-based initiatives and assist HR and payroll teams as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Liaise with insurance brokers and adjustors regarding claims and accidents.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met on third-party platforms.
- Compile weekly bonuses for payroll processing and administration.
- Prepare and submit bid documents within deadlines.
- Provide support for employees experiencing life events through gestures of support.
- Organize and maintain office spaces, including break rooms and supplies.
- Assist in project-based initiatives and operational tasks as directed.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams on administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Capability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and computer work.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably with legal exposure.
