Overview

  • Lead and oversee case management operations in a healthcare setting, ensuring optimal patient care and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management or related roles.
  • Preferred 10 years of experience in healthcare leadership positions.
  • Proficiency in care coordination and utilization management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital policies and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to develop team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in fostering collaborative team environments and resolving conflicts.
  • Swing Bed and Critical Care experience considered a definite plus.
