Job Description

Overview

  • Provide comprehensive benefits administration support for a leading financial services organization in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure high-level customer service while addressing employee inquiries and resolving benefits-related issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze and interpret benefits data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of benefits communication strategies.
  • Work remotely, adhering to Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans.
  • Resolve employee benefits inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party administrators to ensure seamless benefits operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding benefits administration.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
