  • Lead preconstruction efforts for diverse projects, including healthcare, laboratory, K-12, and municipal developments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee the preconstruction phase for healthcare, laboratory, K-12, and municipal projects.
  • Lead and develop a team of estimators to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with design and construction teams to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for diverse construction projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction or related roles; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budget management in construction projects.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, laboratory, K-12, and municipal construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
