Job Description

Overview

  • Lead clinical operations within a residential treatment facility for youth aged 12–18.
  • Ensure compliance with therapeutic standards and foster positive family dynamics.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support educational and emotional growth.
  • Develop and implement transitional and permanency programs to improve outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision to therapists and transitional coordinators.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community resources and stakeholders.
  • Participate in administrative and clinical meetings to ensure program alignment.
  • Support compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise transitional coordinators and family support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Oversee documentation and compliance with therapeutic standards.
  • Develop plans to address barriers to successful reunification for families.
  • Facilitate communication between therapists, transition staff, and unit teams.
  • Provide direct clinical services as needed to support program operations.
  • Monitor utilization of transitional funds in compliance with policies.
  • Participate in treatment and discharge planning meetings.
  • Maintain knowledge of local resources and referral procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work with LCSW certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct service experience with children with SED.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the social service sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel to families’ homes as needed.
  • Alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Experience with residential programs and therapeutic crisis intervention.
