Job Description
Overview
- Lead therapeutic and clinical operations within a residential treatment facility for adolescents.
- Develop and implement policies promoting multidisciplinary collaboration and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure trauma-informed care and youth-driven therapeutic practices are embedded in daily routines.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and operational teams to integrate care and treatment.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation, agency, and legal regulations.
- Provide leadership and supervision to clinical and milieu management teams.
- Actively participate in quality improvement strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison to residents' families and external partners to ensure continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and oversee mental health treatment and therapeutic milieu operations.
- Lead comprehensive treatment planning and administrative meetings.
- Supervise clinical and milieu leadership, including performance evaluations and training.
- Monitor compliance with accreditation and legal regulations.
- Develop clinical training standards and plans for residential staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance therapeutic practices.
- Prepare programs for audits and ensure adherence to agency policies.
- Promote a mission-driven and accountable environment within the facility.
Job Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree required.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent certification mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and therapeutic practices.
- Experience in quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration.
