Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or eligibility for certification within 18 months of hire.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory care setting.
- Proficiency in navigating electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform age-specific patient care and adapt communication accordingly.
