Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support to principals, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain and manage email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organization.
  • Prepare and coordinate print and bind requests for various projects.
  • Provide support to national teams and local assurance teams as required.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills to create documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Communicate professionally and tactfully with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and monitor local assurance email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide administrative support to principals, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Assist national teams with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Prepare and organize print and bind requests for various projects and presentations.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and concerns.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to grammar and detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
