Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and monitor local assurance email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide administrative support to principals, including scheduling and coordination.
- Assist national teams with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare and organize print and bind requests for various projects and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to grammar and detail.
