Job Description

Overview

  • Support the U.S. Credit team in enhancing portfolio analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with investment professionals to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
  • Develop and manage investment processes and templates for financial data analysis.
  • Leverage technology to automate production and increase efficiency in reporting.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and interact across the organization.
  • Contribute to organizational infrastructure improvements and data management practices.
  • Participate in a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work on Fridays.
  • Engage in a dynamic environment focused on investment and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and analyze data for investment decision-making and portfolio management.
  • Manage and review data quality from internal and external sources.
  • Assist in maintaining risk ratings, portfolio monitoring, and deal tracking processes.
  • Develop templates for financial and qualitative data review.
  • Understand investment portfolios to support process development and management.
  • Support technology initiatives to enhance reporting and analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely documentation and sharing of data with the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in an investment-related field.
  • Proficiency in data management, SQL, and data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Bloomberg.
  • Interest in pursuing CFA designation is preferred.
  • Experience with Allvue and DealCloud is a plus.
