Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of the platform.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships, fostering trust and collaboration to drive business success.
  • Gain expert-level proficiency in the platform's ecosystem, including tools, filters, and systems architecture.
  • Conduct in-depth market data analysis to address client inquiries and support surveillance needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding protocols and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal stakeholders on platform capabilities.
  • Support strategic initiatives for pre-sales and post-sales processes, bridging sales, product, and engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead client onboarding processes, including business requirements gathering and data integration oversight.
  • Analyze market data using platform tools to investigate order lifecycle and market behavior.
  • Enhance onboarding protocols and documentation to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define and scope new surveillance filters based on real-world use cases.
  • Train clients and internal teams on platform capabilities and workflows.
  • Support sales efforts by accelerating pipeline velocity and expanding business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing technical precision with practical needs of trading operations and compliance teams.
  • Stay current with evolving market structures and regulatory requirements to optimize platform capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or financial market roles.
  • Expertise in financial market microstructure, venue behavior, and market data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data formats like FIX and ITCH, and order lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, Confluence, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with distributed teams.
