Job Description

Overview

  • Develop and implement custom SharePoint solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts for optimal functionality.
  • Utilize Power Platforms and JavaScript frameworks for custom form and workflow development.
  • Ensure SharePoint security and access controls are robust and effective.
  • Monitor SharePoint performance and address technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
  • Provide user training and technical documentation to enhance system usability.
  • Deliver technical support for SharePoint-related inquiries and challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Create and configure SharePoint components to meet organizational requirements.
  • Develop workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Implement security measures and manage access controls for SharePoint environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide comprehensive training and documentation for SharePoint users.
  • Support SharePoint systems and address technical queries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and platform development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, Git, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Experience with REST API, Microsoft Graph API, and Agile methodology.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online platforms.
  • Understanding of SharePoint on-premises versus SharePoint Online differences.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and system analysis capabilities.
