Job Requirements

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics mandatory.
  • Active state medical license and DEA certification for controlled substances.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and medical documentation systems.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to value-based care and patient-centered practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment.
