Overview

- Partner with department leaders to promote organizational development and foster a professional, high-performing culture.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters and performance improvement.
- Lead or support cross-functional HR projects, including employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose solutions for operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary HR contact for designated departments, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters with discretion, conducting investigations and documenting findings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools to identify trends and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee relations.
