Job Description

Overview

  • Support and enhance employee experiences across office, factory, and retail environments through effective HR operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with department leaders to promote organizational development and foster a professional, high-performing culture.
  • Deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters and performance improvement.
  • Lead or support cross-functional HR projects, including employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose solutions for operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for designated departments, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters with discretion, conducting investigations and documenting findings as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to align factory-related HR practices with standards.
  • Support managers and employees in addressing performance improvement and interpersonal conflicts.
  • Lead HR projects focused on employee engagement, organizational development, and communication strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to propose solutions enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools to identify trends and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on employee relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Experience in coaching managers and employees on HR-related matters.
