Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and execute assurance services, including audits and reviews, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert consulting and planning.
  • Utilize advanced tools in a paperless environment to manage engagements effectively.
  • Collaborate with teams to innovate and enhance assurance practices within the firm.
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members through mentorship.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and firm policies in all engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • CPA certification or equivalent licensing is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Experience with industries such as manufacturing, construction, and real estate is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CCH Engagement and ProSystem/Checkpoint is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and developing quality relationships.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel to client locations is necessary.
