Job Description

Overview

  • Lead clinical operations and supervise primary care providers to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Provide direct patient care while managing clinical outcomes and team performance.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to enhance center performance and membership growth.
  • Engage in recruiting and training initiatives to strengthen the clinical team.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of care delivery.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic clinical planning.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and mentor primary care providers to achieve clinical excellence and operational goals.
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and care coordination for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Lead weekly clinical meetings and huddles to align team objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with transitional care teams to support patients unable to visit the center.
  • Drive recruitment efforts for patients and clinical staff to expand center capabilities.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements to enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.

Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with active licensure in the state of employment.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other healthcare applications.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and coach clinical staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities to manage clinical operations effectively.
