Job Description

Overview

  • Act as a liaison between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring efficient IT operations and systems implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and implement effective business systems.
  • Support manufacturing workflows by partnering with process analysts to enhance technology integration.
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for system rollouts.
  • Standardize IT processes, improve team communication, and document workflows effectively.
  • Enhance SharePoint site structure and manage content for optimal usability.
  • Identify automation opportunities using Microsoft tools and other technologies.
  • Provide backup support for desktop-related issues and coordinate with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Gather and analyze requirements for new software projects and application enhancements.
  • Manage ticketing systems and optimize workflows and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with IT Manager and vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions.
  • Coordinate system rollouts, user training, and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Support manufacturing workflows by aligning technology solutions with process improvements.
  • Standardize IT processes and enhance team communication through effective documentation.
  • Organize SharePoint site structure and manage content effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors to improve website content management and enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or IT coordination.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and prioritization.
  • Understanding of software development processes and tools.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, VB, PowerShell, and MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems; Kace experience preferred.
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools like SharePoint and Visio.
