Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Document business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Manage large datasets to support operational insights and financial reporting.
  • Design and implement automation solutions using technologies like RPA and workflow automation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, creating project plans and tracking progress.
  • Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation into existing systems.
  • Develop business cases for automation initiatives and measure ROI post-implementation.
  • Translate technical information into clear insights for non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience, ideally within life insurance or reinsurance industries.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience with process automation tools like UiPath, Alteryx, or Power Automate.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, and use cases.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Proven track record in designing dashboards and reporting tools to track performance.
