Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency within the department.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is required for this role.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License must be obtained prior to the start date of employment.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field for advanced expertise.
- CNOR certification is highly desirable and demonstrates specialized knowledge in perioperative nursing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.
