Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for healthcare construction projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver precise estimations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction estimation, with 25 years preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate specifications and estimate costs accurately.
