Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate the development, evaluation, and execution of scientific program content.
  • Manage speaker invitations, scheduling, and communication for scientific sessions.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support regarding programmatic content.
  • Maintain and update databases for speaker management and membership tracking.
  • Organize peer-review processes and evaluation activities for scientific programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials for scientific programs and events.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, including staff orientation and event coordination.
  • Facilitate communication and support for scientific program participants.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or public health preferred, with three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse professional interactions.
  • Experience in programmatic project management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a not-for-profit or scientific education setting is preferred.
