Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles.
• Formal coursework in management, finance, and administration preferred.
• National Certification in relevant clinical expertise preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
