Job Description

Overview

  • Support sales and management teams by producing and maintaining detailed sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Excel.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy to enhance sales and marketing initiatives, enabling effective decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create ad-hoc reports and insights that align with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the Alternative Investments Sales team to track metrics and provide actionable business insights.
  • Contribute to the development and automation of data processes using Excel formulas and macros.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Generate and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity to support sales and marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Develop ad-hoc reporting solutions for clients and senior management to address specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to analyze metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales support or data analysis roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including handling large datasets and using formulas and macros.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
