  • Support procurement and production teams with timely and actionable demand signals.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives focused on forecasting automation and data integrity.
  • Develop and distribute comprehensive demand reports and dashboards for strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and product lifecycle data to forecast demand accurately.
  • Present monthly forecasts and variance analyses during cross-functional meetings.
  • Monitor inventory health and collaborate with procurement to address supplier constraints.
  • Communicate forecast changes and demand surges to stakeholders effectively.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data integrity and forecasting automation processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced forecasting techniques and AI-driven tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to present forecasts and analyses effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain optimization.
