Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets effectively.
- Develop and analyze financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization strategies to enhance financial health.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
- Establish robust internal controls and risk management protocols to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements and management reports to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience in managing and mentoring teams of finance professionals.
- Knowledge of wholesale industry practices, including royalty and factoring, is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; QuickBooks experience and CPA certification are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
