Overview

  • Coordinate and support patient engagement initiatives for a healthcare-focused organization, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, track progress, and maintain systems to enhance project management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage small to medium-sized projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates.
  • Coordinate activities and facilitate communication among departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, events, and briefings, ensuring readiness and professionalism.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, providing relevant background information and actionable insights.
  • Support special initiatives and projects as assigned, contributing to organizational goals.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and tracking systems to ensure effective project coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, policy, administration, or related fields required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program/project management or healthcare; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is advantageous.
