Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in healthcare operations and emergency services management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in budget management, staffing, and resource allocation.
