Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead project teams in the execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment of project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and reports for internal and external review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects, including healthcare, data centers, and high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and self-perform construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for planning and tracking projects.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
