Overview

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project teams in the execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing diverse construction projects, including healthcare, data centers, and high-rise buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of design-build methodologies and self-perform construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools for planning and tracking projects.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and regulatory compliance.
