Job Description

Overview

  • Support the talent acquisition team during a period of significant organizational growth and increased hiring volume.
  • Assist in managing applicant flow and screening processes to ensure effective recruitment operations.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and data management within the Workday system.
  • Provide hands-on support for ongoing and ad hoc recruitment projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct prescreening interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.
  • Perform administrative support tasks to streamline recruitment operations.
  • Enter, clean, and maintain data within the Workday system.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Support ongoing and ad hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure effective communication and candidate management.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to improving recruitment processes and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Preferred 4 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Proficiency in using Workday or similar HRIS systems for data management.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage recruitment tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and team members.
  • Interest in the construction industry and talent acquisition practices.
  • Ability to work onsite and commit to daily engagement with the team.
