Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Preferred 4 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Proficiency in using Workday or similar HRIS systems for data management.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage recruitment tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with candidates and team members.
