Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist with administrative tasks related to tax return assembly, e-filing, and document management.
- Support the preparation and processing of tax extensions, scanning, and organizing client documentation.
- Handle various administrative duties as needed, emphasizing efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and scheduling.
- Cross-train in other CPA firm administrative functions to support the team.
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with CCH ProSystems Axcess and Document Management is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
