Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and assign caregivers to meet patient needs while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and agency standards.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and resolve day-to-day service issues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support caregiver engagement and patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to manage caregiver assignments and documentation effectively.
  • Provide timely support and resolution for caregiver complaints or concerns within scope of authority.
  • Ensure compliance with health requirements, including physicals, immunizations, and training.
  • Contribute to maintaining service continuity and high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assign healthcare workers to client cases based on availability, skills, and patient needs.
  • Manage caregiver schedules, including shift coverage and time-off requests.
  • Monitor caregiver attendance and document incidents or performance concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory health requirements for caregivers.
  • Address caregiver complaints and provide timely support and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate caregiver and case documentation using scheduling software.
  • Contribute to team efforts to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with caregivers and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills to address scheduling issues and service interruptions effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) required.
