Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and assist in design efforts for various architectural and interior design projects.
  • Conduct programming, space planning, and design activities to meet client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive design concepts using innovative product applications and techniques.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Evaluate existing interior spaces and incorporate findings into design development.
  • Research and select finishes, fixtures, furniture, and textiles for project implementation.
  • Prepare detailed design and construction documentation adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct client presentations to communicate design concepts and project updates effectively.
  • Support project managers in construction administration tasks to ensure project completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural or interior design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of architectural concepts, spatial relationships, and building systems.
  • Experience in all phases of architectural project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Creative flair with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
