Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and teamwork.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
- Certification in CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience in operating room management and modernization projects is a plus.
