Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects in Metro Atlanta, ensuring safety, quality, and cost control.
  • Coordinate and supervise jobsite activities, including owner walk-throughs and team communication.
  • Manage new construction, complex renovations, and high-volume projects exceeding $3M.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to onsite teams, fostering productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to achieve timely completion.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee jobsite safety protocols and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
  • Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to maintain productivity.
  • Conduct owner walk-throughs and provide updates on project progress.
  • Manage general conditions cost control and monitor budget adherence.
  • Ensure quality standards are met across all phases of construction.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to address challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Prepare and submit reports detailing project status and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction field experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in managing $3M+ construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise diverse teams effectively.
